Really great restaurant with vegan options We chose this restaurant because of the vegan options and it exceeded our expectations. In addition to the extremely attentive service, which fortunately brought the greeting from the kitchen directly to the table vegan, we enjoyed great food at a more than fair price! The Felsenbirne restaurant is definitely worth a visit and warmly recommended.

There is simply nothing to complain about here. The food was excellent, the service very attentive and all in a nice atmosphere. Everyone gets their money's worth here, whether they prefer meat, fish or rather vegetarian. All in all, we had a wonderful evening. We would love to come back.

Even if the offer is not very clear, everyone who is willing to spend a little more for their culinary needs should find something in the various menus. The ambitiously prepared dishes reflect the career of the chef, who was able to gain extensive experience in upscale gastronomy, especially in southern Germany, before he decided to set up his own business in his hometown in September 2019. However, when it comes to the composition of the menu, the composition of the individual dishes and the perfect craftsmanship, there is still some room for the ceiling, at which the prices have already arrived. The selection of wines by the glass needs improvement, especially if they are offered to accompany the menu. All in all, the “Felsenbirne” offers a gastronomic achievement that is probably unique for Pirna and is therefore to be recommended. So by far the restaurant that is the friendliest and the culinary of the highest standard. It starts with entering and runs through the nice evening. You are present and take care of the little wishes of the guests, also off the menu. The slightly higher price is justified in this case for the location and top service. Highly recommended!!

Truly carefree enjoyment! The rock pear motto does not lie! We were guests in the restaurant for the second time and, as always, were delighted from start to finish. Our last visit a few weeks ago was as part of a small family celebration (13 people) on a Saturday evening. Even when reserving the party, the boss personally took a lot of time and prepared a small menu especially for our evening. The evening itself was a real culinary experience. All guests were very satisfied with their chosen menu. The service was excellent! In our experience, the Felsenbirne is always worth a visit: modern upscale cuisine, a monthly changing menu with seasonal dishes made from very good local products, a harmonious ambience without a lot of "frills" and great service from a committed young team around Chef Felix Mikulla .

Together with my family, I was allowed to spend a great culinary evening in the rock pear. The good and creative food convinced us as well as the nice and friendly service by the owner. The wine list is not only equipped with the standard, but also contains good regional wines. We would love to come back!

Fantastic birthday dinner with a beautiful ambience and excellent service. Both the starter and the main course were on point and refined in taste and when serving. Will definitely go there again on my next visit to Saxon Switzerland. As a driver I got a great non-alcoholic version of the summer aperitif - highly recommended!

We had found the restaurant while walking through the old town of Pirna and since we liked the menu and the ambience very much, we decided to celebrate a family birthday there. Nice and cozy in the back yard, with a great atmosphere. The staff was competent and friendly. The food was great, the starter presented perfectly. The meat in the main course fried to the point and the spinach dumplings first, a dream! The dessert rounded off the whole menu perfectly. Fresh cuisine, regional products and a chef who knows his craft. A successful evening. We would love to come back and can only recommend this restaurant. Those who want to enjoy themselves are in good hands in the FELSENBIRNE.

This is by far the best restaurant in the area. The food was delicious, the atmosphere cosy, the ambience modern and the service beyond friendly. Felix, the owner, took the time to explain every dish in detail, the origin of his ingredients, and preparation. All of his signature dishes are unique to his restaurant and include a mix of local and international dishes (you will not find anything like anywhere else). If you're looking for a cozy restaurant with fancy food, yet with an affordable price tag ,look further. This little gem is worth the trip.

Great lunch! In addition to main courses we also had desserts, which were wonderfully prepared and equally delicious. Also our little 8 months old daughter was welcome, access with baby carriage was not a problem.
